Station U-623 is a dark and futuristic image featuring transport pods zipping through a space station.

How did I leave Earth and get to this space station to capture this image?

Simple. My imagination.

I have always been fascinated by how science fiction imagery and sets are produced. Before computer generated 3d graphics artists used models, exotic landscapes, existing architecture or even painted materials purchased at the local hardware store.

It was the artists’ job to convince us that we were viewing scenes from another place and time. Where civilization was significantly more advanced.

Station U-623 was created to make you, the viewer, imagine you exist in a different world.

Do you enjoy industrial, space or science fiction artwork?

If so, this piece will add a window to your wall allowing you to become a part of a very different world.
