One summer I went down to Alabama to hang out at the beach and see some concerts.

Yes, Alabama has beaches. And they are amazing.

One day we went sailing with friends. Along the way we stopped at Pirates Cove to grab some Bushwackers.

A Bushwacker is like a chocolate Pina Colada but full of liquor. A good Bushwacker is topped with 151. It’s a delicious and powerful concoction.

As we were about to leave I had the opportunity to head out on the pier and capture some images.

At first I was interested in a few kids playing in the water and then simplified my focus to just the water, pier and sky.
